9Caviar Company stands at the forefront of caviar production and export. With ownership of 2 sturgeon farms, we manage three primary sites for our sturgeons: farming, breeding, and a designated area for breeder sturgeons.
To elevate the caliber of our caviar, breeder sturgeons are housed in a specialized quarantined section. Here, they’re provided with distinct, segregated nutrition and water sources. For this group, we utilize river water at a cooler temperature compared to that in the breeding site, ranging from 12°C during the coldest season to 15°C in the warmest.
Specific dietary provisions are tailored for these sturgeons to ensure our breeding fish reach exploitation stage in optimal health with minimal fat content.

2) A+ Category: Caviars in this class exhibit exceptional solidity and consistency, mirroring most aspects of the Selected category with the primary distinction lying in roe size. Siberian sturgeon, scientifically known as Acipenser Baerii, is a freshwater sturgeon species that thrives in Iran due to its favorable geographic location with abundant freshwater resources. It is relatively easy to breed and grows faster than other sturgeon species. Additionally, Siberian sturgeon is more disease-resistant compared to its counterparts. A notable feature is its ability to spawn annually, setting it apart from other sturgeon species farmed in Iran.
Beluga caviar, renowned as the world’s most popular and expensive caviar, owes much of its fame to Iranian Beluga Caviar. The unique quality of Iranian Beluga Caviar has made it a global sensation. 9Caviar Company stands as one of Iran’s most significant producers and exporters of Imperial Beluga Caviar, further solidifying its reputation in the international market.
First step :
Sending the Purchase Order to the email or WhatsApp of our company by the buyer.
Second step :
Confirmation of the buyer’s Purchase Order and sending the Invoice for the buyer by our company.
Third step :
Advance payment (30% of the total amount) by the buyer to the bank account introduced by our company.
Fourth step :
Obtaining the CITES for Caviar export by our company, in the name of the buyer’s company, within 4 to 6 working days.
Fifth step :
Processing the Caviar and sending photos and videos to the buyer within 3 to 7 working days.
Sixth step :

Notice :
All the above steps are done after receiving the advance payment and within 20 working days. (The Caviars that belong to Selected quality category have a longer process in terms of time and may take more than 20 days.)
First step :
30% of the total amount is received from the buyer as an advance payment after the order registration.
Second step :
The remaining 70% of the total amount will be received 48 hours before the flight upon presentation of copies of all export documents.

Due to measures taken to maintain the health of the product, we are unable to ship by land or sea
After purchasing the product, you have 48 hours from the time of shipment to collect the caviar from customs. After receiving it, you have a 10-day period to claim regarding its quality and quantity, or to return it. As a guarantee, we commit to compensate in the following ways:
First step :
If the quantity of the delivered product does not match the customer’s order, we will compensate by paying the difference or sending the remaining amount of caviar to make up for the shortfall.
Second step :
If the quality of the caviar does not match the desired quality of the orderer, for example, the orderer has ordered A+ quality caviar, but the received caviar is of B quality, we can compensate in three ways:
We can replace the product with the desired product and quality.
We can pay the difference between these two qualities.
Or, upon receiving the caviar, the entire amount will be refunded.
